My Safe Zone

We all have that moment where we just want to keep everything to our self and sometime its great if we found someone who can listen to us.
For me, i found solace by just internally agonizing my issue and everything. When that shit happen i just distance myself from everyone. Avoiding conversation, pretending that i am tired and just laying in bed pretending to be sleeping but i know i not gonna falls asleep because my head is like roller coasters with different lanes and cars going back and forth. so i lays there still.
